Flight 1551′s Wine Director Greg Sorrell, who has roots at D.O.C. Wine Bar, Alinea and Charlie Trotter’s, has developed a well-thought out, regularly updated wine menu that plays off his creativity and extensive knowledge of vineyards and varietals.
