Book Launch Party! Chicago Chef’s Table at Province

The time has come!

Come celebrate with me at the book launch party for my first book, Chicago Chef’s Table (Globe Pequot), a collection of more than 50 recipes and stories from the city’s best restaurants. Province chef/owner Randy Zweiban, who is featured in the book, has graciously opened up the restaurant’s private dining room for a very generous event, which will include a cocktail reception featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a five-course dinner with wine pairings at an unbeatable price!

Earlier that day, Chef Zweiban will demo the tortilla soup recipe from Chicago Chef’s Table on Channel 7 WLS-TV (ABC) at 11 a.m. Don’t miss it!

If you know anyone else who would like to come, invite them too! It will be a great night.

The Details:

What: Chicago Chef’s Table book launch party with author Amelia Levin and Province chef/owner Randy Zweiban

Where: Province, 161 N. Jefferson St., Chicago, 60661

When: Tuesday, April 17

6 p.m. Reception – cocktails, cava and hors d’oeuvres in the bar

7 p.m. Dinner – 5 courses, WITH wine pairings in the private dining room

Price: $75 (includes EVERYTHING – reception and dinner, drinks, tax and tip). Signed copies of the book will be on hand for the discounted price of $20 (cash preferred, but I will have a credit card reader)
