The Chicago Chef’s Table also makes Eater’s Spring 2012 Cookbook list!
The cookbook I’ve worked on for the past year and a half or so is coming out this Spring so get ready and pre-order a copy on Amazon if you want! Also, expect some fun Chicago Chef’s Table dinners at various restaurants around town around the time of the launch in the first week in April.
Vie and Perennial Virant Chef Paul Virant’s book, also due out this Spring and courtesy of my friend Kate Leahy, was featured prominently on Eater’s list. Go Chicago!
